Noti Specialty Coffee Roasters
An excellent specialty café with in-house roasting, let down only slightly by mildly overheated milk.
Noti Specialty Coffee Roasters was the first café we visited during our stay in Palma, and it had been on our radar long before the trip. I have to say, the high ratings on Google are well deserved. It's clear that the café takes its coffee seriously – they roast their own beans and you can feel it in every cup.
The coffee was excellent, clean and complex, exactly what I would expect from a good specialty café. I gave it four out of five stars for one reason only: the milk was slightly overheated and the latte had a faintly bitter note that pulled down an otherwise exceptional coffee. It's a detail, but at this level of quality, details matter.
The atmosphere was fantastic – quiet, thoughtfully designed, with a pleasant interior that makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. The service was friendly and professional, which further enhanced the overall impression.
Despite the minor disappointment with the milk, this is a café I would recommend to any specialty coffee lover visiting Palma. If they get the milk right, it could be a flawless experience.
