Kofi - Specialty coffee & bagels

Coffee & bakery
Palma, Spain

Kofi is an outstanding specialty coffee spot in Palma serving exceptional lattes and fresh bagels.

Palma de Mallorca pleasantly surprised me in terms of specialty coffee, and Kofi is one of the places that left the deepest impression. The café is located on the lively Carrer del Sindicat and from the very first glance it radiates that perfect mix of relaxed and professional that I love in the best espresso bars.

I ordered a latte and after the very first sip it was clear that they work with exceptional ingredients here. The coffee had a beautifully rounded bitterness, the milk was steamed to a silky consistency, and the whole drink felt harmonious – not too strong, not too bland. If you enjoy a large latte with a generous amount of quality milk, this is exactly what you are looking for.

Besides coffee, they offer fresh bagels that complement the morning experience very naturally. The atmosphere is lively but acceptably noisy – the kind of place where you easily stop for breakfast or a quick coffee before exploring the island. The staff came across as enthusiastic and helpful.

Kofi is a must-stop for me on every future visit to Palma. A place that proves that even in a heavily touristic city you can find coffee on the level of the best European bars.
