Kollü at Plaça del Mercat in Palma looks, at first glance, nothing like an ice cream stand should. They also sell newspapers and magazines, which nearly made us walk straight past. But we stopped — and we're glad we did.
The ice cream is simply excellent. Not showy, not Instagram-ready, but the kind that tells you someone knows what they're doing. Exactly what you want from a good gelateria.
